- Location is not that close to the city center, if you don't have a car. - The rooms look old, ugly and unclean, smell bad. - Price is quite much compared to the level of the room.

I spend 3 nights in Cologne lovely. I had well priced room with all basic facilities. The location was marvellous on a tram or 20 minutes walk across the river and the staff here was very pleasant!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was explained to me upon arrival. The room, though small, was perfectly clean and had lovely details that made it feel cozy. I especially loved the comfortable bed, TV, and the Bluetooth loudspeaker system for my own music. The bathroom was also great, with all the necessary amenities. The free wifi was a bonus.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was freshly made. This location was excellent, just next door to the centre and the main train station.

Loved the convenient location, just a short distance from the train station and other key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. the room was clean and tidy, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Our romantic escape was marred by a few negative aspects. there was no elevator available, making it difficult to carry our luggage up to the room.

Situated near tram and train but walkable to the Dom (cathedral a short walk over the Rhine bridge.) Good shopping and pubs around the corner. Friendly management and breakfast staff, a hearty breakfast provided with ( complimentary ) bottled water in the room replenished and fruit available for free. Free wi fi and local calls it provided a basic but spotlessly clean room with good security. I was travelling with a group but had a solo room at the hotel. A local tax was added which was expected at checkout of 6 Euros. Basic but pleasant , en suite and T.v completed my needs. I liked it and slept well. If you want bacon and eggs and an English newspaper suggest you look elsewhere, a continental clientelle with extended continental breakfast was great for me, large coffee pot and excellent array of cheese and pastries amongst a well laid buffet table.

Such wonderful stay, as always. Cool hotel with very nice staff, near restaurants and a stadium. Very good breakfast — a lot of meals. Great location, within short walking distance of everywhere. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby...

Stayed at Hotel Alt Deutz City-Messe-Arena for a quick overnight stay. Great location near the airport with easy access to public transport. The neighborhood was lively with plenty of dining and entertainment options. The room was spacious and clean, with a nice private bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags before check-in and after check-out. a convenient and comfortable stay.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Clean room, walk for 5 minutes can reach Köln Messe/Deutz station. Supermarket is near the hotel, and they provide free water in the room, as well as free fruit and biscuit in the breakfast room.
